Honorarium costs for face-to-face workshops range from $850 to $1,200 depending on:

• type of workshop chosen;
• half-day or full-day workshop;
• or if out-of-state (states other than Pennsylvania or Ohio)

Out-of-state travel often requires an extra day for travel, thus fees are slightly higher. In addition to the above honorarium costs are travel costs. Travel is from either Gettysburg, Pennsylvania or from eastern Ohio, depending on Sue's schedule.

Travel costs include: flight, rental car and gas if flight is required OR mileage at the current IRS rate if she is driving her car; tolls; hotel costs (often two nights if more than three hours drive or air flight is required); and $50 per diem, unless some meals are provided, and then the per diem is adjusted accordingly.

Sue prefers to make her own hotel reservations and her first choice is Hilton properties (i.e. Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Doubletree, etc. If no Hilton properties are available, her other choices are Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn.)
